You can select your preferred effects and styles on our website, add them to your cart, upload your own photos on the product page, and then proceed to submit your order for checkout.
After you upload photos, we will integrate the photos into the corresponding templates to create personalized prints.
We typically complete production within 1-2 business days after receiving your order, and then we can proceed with shipping.
Our warehouse is located in California. Shipping times vary: approximately 2-5 business days for the Western region, 5-7 business days for the Central region, and 8-10 business days for the Eastern region.
Since our products are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. However, if any damage occurs during shipping, you can contact customer service with a photo and request a remake.

Yes, we provide additional gift box packaging. You can find separate “gift box” items in the shop. Simply add it to your cart along with your ordered items and proceed to checkout.
